Little did we know that Carrie, the sad little girl in the red prom dress, would have a sister who could do cool things with her mind, too. Like Carrie, Rachel is an outcast with the hip high school group, but when she's fooled into thinking she's part of the clique, hell have no fury like a girl with telekinetic powers. It's a plot we've seen a million times before (boy meets girl, boy likes girl, boy's macho friends don't like girl, boy's macho friends make life miserable for girl) and even a turn by classy Amy Irving can't save this thriller wannabe.
