COME EVERY THIRSTY SINNER

Come ye thirsty to the Fountain, that was opened up for sin,
Who by grace feel need of water, drink of Christ the Sinner's Friend.
Come and drink to satisfaction, Him whom God has satisfied,
From His bloody cross now streaming, Mercy flood gates opened wide.
Come and wash the troubled conscience, plunge beneath the soothing stream;
Grace from God and hope in Jesus, peace that honored justice brings.
Come ye thirsty , Living Water, is the only saving flow;
Faith is drinking of the Savior, Life is simply Him to know.
Come ye sinners dry and fainting, lift the faith cup without spill;
May the Spirit salt the soul tongue, drink of Jesus to the fill.
